Deep Blue Web Banner Advertising Scheme (WeBAS)
Thank you for considering our new promotional scheme, which we hope, will benefit your organisation and us.
Deep Blue carry the largest range and stock of diving equipment in the UK and have won more Business awards than all the dive centres in the UK put together. So it goes without saying we are the best. Located in Tynemouth near Newcastle. We are a PADI 5 Star IDC Centre. We pride ourselves on great service, excellent back up and fantastic prices.
Deep Blue’s offer to you is simple. Place one of our banners on your site and we will pay you a 5% commission on all sales generated from it (Carriage fees will not be eligible for commission.) We have a range of banners from 5k to 20k.
You can e-mail us at any time for your commission balance but at the end of each month we will automatically forward your balance to you.
It is essential that you place the banner in a prominent position on your website and that you encourage your visitors to use the banner. I think your visitors will find the prices and service we offer are unbeatable. The tracking system only works if they click from your site to ours. This means that people visit your site and stay up to date with your news and then you will earn money from the purchases they make by moving to our site from the banner.
At any stage you may elect to remove the banner, E-mail us and I will send you the balance of commission due. We also have to reserve the right to terminate the arrangements should circumstances change but we will give you 15 days notice before we do.
We will also be offering you preferential rates on club equipment bought in bulk through us. Just e-mail us with your requirements and we will quote for them individually.
The amount of commission your banner generates could be limitless. The more you promote your site to your visitors the more chance they may visit our site and in turn the more your organisation can earn.
You will see on the Deep Blue site that we have endorsements from many of our existing customers. Try us for yourself and, add personal endorsements above or below the banner. It may encourage people who have never used the service if someone they know recommends it in some way.
Deep Blue cannot be held financially responsible in any way for technical problems including non-availability of the site resulting in the loss of sales and commission from the website.
Except for injury to or death of any person arising from our negligence, we won't be liable (under contract, by negligence or any other way) for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits) or damage arising out of, or in connection with the website or this Agreement and our total liability for any loss or damage in respect of the website or this Agreement won't exceed the amount of the commissions paid. You acknowledge that we won't have any control over your use of the banner and by accepting these terms you agree to hold us harmless against any claims by third parties arising from your use of the banner
In the unlikely event of there being any dispute over commission we will make non-confidential information available to you to resolve any dispute. We cannot of course disclose personal details given to us over the Internet. All information given to Deep Blue will remain confidential and will only be used by Deep Blue and not sold to any third parties.
Our site has over 1100 products and grows monthly. If there are any products that we do not stock that you or your visitors need, please let us know and we will try to add them to the site. Payment can be made SECURELY via a secure server or can be faxed or telephoned (but for the latter two methods no commission is available, as we need to electronically manage the accounts, later we hope to add these two methods with commission tracking.)

Want more than just a simple banner link?
Then why not consider taking a Deep Blue "white
label" ?
In short, a Deep Blue "white label" means
that our whole shop, with all the products and all the
great functionality, will appear within your site and
branded as your own. There is no cost involved in setting
up a "white label", however you will earn
a higher commission than our standard banner affiliates.
In order to be accepted, your site will need to demonstrate
a reasonable level of activity, however once set-up,
we will manage all the logistics for you. This includes
using our buying power to negotiate the best deals with
suppliers, holding large amounts of stock, providing
customer services and taking care of payments. All you
need to do is be proactive about marketing the facility
and encouraging your customers to use it.
